This weekend Barcelona defeated Racing Santander 4-0, although they didn't give their best. Andres Iniesta scored the first goal to set the victory, by the minute 7'. Then Thierry Henry scored a great free-kick to double the score. Either Xavi or Zlatan played the game, due to injuries, but that did not stop Barcelona to win. By the minute 34', they had scored another goal, again a free-kick, from Marquéz the mexican player.
In the second half Pep (the coach) decided to give the youngest players a chance to play the game. Pedro and Thiago played, and to surprise everyone, with only 7 minutes remaining Thiago scored the last goal to complete the defeat. That was his first goal while playing with Barca. After this game Barcelona is in first place in the Spanish Primera Division table with 58 points followed by Real Madrid with 56.
